PROBLEM
Legacy application is limiting, containing only a few fields that collecting the very basic information on the goal and proposal of a new project.

NEED
Design a new experience that will allow the members of a team to showcase and store progress throughout the project lifespan, that synchs with the internal server, and ties back to an existing projects code linking to operational data allowing access to track and managed the time spend.

OBJECTIVE
How can we: create a layout that is flexible enough that serves needs of multiple disciplines, while making sure the output of the solution (whenever customized) stayed consistent across all experience.
